I give up. My last 3 visits on 6th street were out of croissants. I waited in a long line at 21st, they had croissants but they... were like the bs croissants we would get at Wendy's or BK. ... NOT the flaky, buttery ones that are toasted just right. Read more
I continue to be disappointed. I went to 21st st restaurant, as usual, line was almost to the entrance. I thought I'd be smart... and go inside. The car that was behind me in the line when I left, still made it thru the pick up window before I got my ordercompleted. Everyone behind the counter was scrambling around but it felt like they were running in place. I did finally get mycroissant sandwich I've been chasing for weeks at the 6th st location, but was ultimately disappointed as it was not the flaky,buttery croissant I was expecting. Bonus disappointment were the hashbrowns weren't up to par....boo! Read more
Really good donuts and coffee. Recommend going. Definitely won't regret it. Though if you go threw the drive thru the line is... usually long. But worth the wait Read more
Prepare 30 minutes to an hour to get through the lobby or drive thru line. The owner has given up and the managers aren?t... trained. Be patient with the workers making 8$ an hour; none of them were trained on ANYTHING and they?re expected to do everyjob in the store. Read more
Ordered on the app for walk in pickup just to have the doors locked and be forced to spend over 30 min in a drive through line... because there is no way to cancel order or be refunded. Seems store is severely understaffed. Won't come back until things getbetter. Read more
Excellent customer service. The employee was extremely professional and personable. We were helped right away and greeted with a... smile and warm welcoming energy. Coffee was hot our sandwiches were put together nicely will definitely visit again. Read more
If you want donuts from dumkin doughnuts you had better be there early because they run out of flavors fast and they arent... making anymore until the next day. Also, dont hurt your arm when you pull-on the lobby door, never know if the lobby is open ornot. Read more
