I have came here 4 times and 1 of the 4 times my order was correct... Today was probably my last day coming to this location.
They gave us the wrong order.they gave us some one else spicy sandwiches that we couldn't eat if we wanted to.we order 3 basic... sandwiches coming from the Walmart north.by time we got home and put up our stuff it was to last and way to far away to takethem back.we even tried calling but no answer each of the 2 times. Ordered delivery at 11:30 and didn?t get dropped off til 1. Was dropped off at a similarly named business (with a different... address). Wouldn?t have even gotten my food if their front desk hasn?t called me to come walk 2 blocks to get it. There wasn?teven a straw for my drink! How many people does it take to screw in a lightbulb, more like how many employees does it take to make one Jimmy John?s... sandwich. Five. It took five people and 20 minutes to make my sandwich. This was the worst experience I've ever had with Jimmy Johns.... hopefully it was just this location. Ordered 4 sandwiches, 2... were completely wrong, 3 1 had maybe 1 slice of meat in it, 2 were about an inch around (NOT joking) and we got an extrasandwich while we were missing a bag of chips. Save yourself time and find someplace else to eat. PS Jimmy Johns- I'd be happyto submit this feedback via your portal.....if only it didn't throw me web configuration errors every time I tried, lol.
