I gave two stars cause one of my family members actually likes more crust than pizza... otherwise woulda been a one star for me!
Today around 7:30pm, my family had ordered about 6 pizza?s from this establishment. We got the pizza?s for a family event, we... were all very disappointed to see that ALL expect one pizza was overcooked. We went back to this establishment to discuss asolution to fix our order. A lady got the manager for us, he came over after looking at the pizza?s, telling us he WILL NOTremake our food because its not ?burnt? or ?overcooked?. Proceeded to tell one of the employees to move out of his way so hecould yank a poster off the wall to compare our pizza?s to the poster. The guy was very unprofessional towards us, and was NOTwilling in any way to compromise or at least acknowledge that our food was overcooked. Not only us, but others were also inthere to discuss the same issue. The ONLY solution the manager had was to refund us, as he was disrespectful towards us in allaspects of costumer service. I understand the overwhelming amount of customers, and being backed up..but in NO WAY did wedeserve to be disrespected in this kind of way. As our conversation was going on, employees were laughing, saying ?oh yeah, showher that, show her that? and walking away throwing their hands in the air as if we were a problem for them. I am very shockedwith this experience; as I am an 18 year old, General Manager at a food establishment. The lack of unprofessionalism is UNREAL,and it needs fix in this establishment. I would very appreciate being able to contact corporate or corporate contact me. Ifthere was an option for me to post this review with NO stars, I would. Order on line with trouble. Asked to just call in the order. Was told to order on line. Placed an order, paid. When I went... to pick up my order it wasn't ready. Was told it's going to be 10 minutes. Come to find out they didn't have our order atall... 30 minutes later. Seemed like nobody really cared. Worst experience ever. Don't want to try again. Read more
I should?ve read the reviews before deciding to get pizza from this place. ?Hot N Ready? is not accurate. Walked in 30 minutes... before a work function expecting to drop in and pick up a few pizzas and to my surprise I was told it would be a 35 minute wait.Went ahead and proceeded to order.. it took way longer than 35 minutes to get my pizzas making me incredibly late for thisfunction. Other standing in the store incredibly frustrated mentioned they have been waiting for at least anhour..management/owners need to look at the staffing .. don?t recommend this place at all Read more
Look guys! Wait times for a "hot-n-ready" pizza are like 30 seconds because they're hot and ready. If you ever again tell me or... my wife that it will be over an hour then it's a free meal. You need to keep your pizzas hot and ready. Read more
Good pizza- inconsistent service and a completely unreliable order ahead app. I ordered ahead at 2 pm and was promised it would... be ready between 6 and 6:05. When I arrived to pick it up at 6 they said it wasn?t ready and it would be at least 20 minutes ifnot more. That is really frustrating as I had kids waiting in my car. What is the point of ordering ahead if it only places youin the queue? When I asked for a refund the manager didn?t even speak to me. Read more
Been quite some time since we had little Caesars pizza and we were not disappointed. Got two pizzas and cheese sticks that were... very good. Only draw back is the dipping sauce container is only about half full. You would think if there going to charge forit they could fill it up. Read more
Food was hot and quick but just average and prices were ok. Service was ok considering they were kinda busy. My biggest problem... was that it seemed dirty inside. Read more
