Not only did they mess up my mobile pick up when I went inside to get my over half missing order they ignored me standing there... for over 10 minutes. During those 10 minutes I watch an employee eat out of a customers fry container then hand it to thecustomer. After finally getting someone to help me and reiterating multiple time what I was missing, they still forgot items.After watching them eat other peoples food I decided to take my loss as they were irritated and I didn?t want my food spit on. Horrible experience. I came in and waited for them to take my order. Nobody came, so I placed my order on the kiosk. I got 2... large drinks, a water bottle and 2 fudge sundaes. Simple order, no need for a grill. They didn't acknowledge my order or mypresence. There was an issue with my order and they still didn't talk to me about it. But I could hear them discussing it. Thenthey forgot to give me my drink cups, and after that they still didn't give me my water bottle. It took over 10 minutes for themto hand me 3 items and dispense 2. Would not recommend. Read more
After reading 100+ 1 star reviews...you should know better than to eat here, but, If you are sitting at home and you get a... craving to pay Full Price for a double quarter pounder....but only get a single quarter pounder and you also want to pay FullPrice for a 20 piece chicken McNugget that only has 16 McNuggets in it and you want to top it off with Cold Unsalted MediumFries when you paid Full Price for Large fries...this is the place for you. And, after that, if you still feel unsatisfied withwhat you have received, feel free to call up and tell them what happened, only to be chewed out by someone (that you can notunderstand) who will accuse you of lying even though you have the food and the receipt...this is definitely the place for you togo. For all you other people who would like to get what you pay for, go anyplace else. You would think that with a brand newfood place opening up 50 feet from this McDonalds, they would step up their game, but nope, not here, they keep lowering thebar. My experience at this McDonald's while not perfect was enjoyable to say the least. The food is absolutely delicious, employees... are very friendly chill and work in a timely fashion and the food was actually fresh. Now I will have you know this isn't myfirst time at this location. Years ago the food was in terrible quality as it was obvious the food would sit out and it was onlyheated up but whatever change was made from then to now is tremendous. I just wish the dollar menu would come back. Also Iordered a chocolate chip frappe instead of a caramel frappe but I'm not picky as the food quality improvement was worth the tripespecially the spicy chicken sandwiches. Some spicy nuggets to go with it would make it even better. I will definitely be cominghere more often Read more
8/4/22 update... nothing has changed. Breakfast at this location is still not hot. Received cold rubber scrambled eggs this... morning, hot gravy surprisingly, but a cold biscuit. Early morning breakfast staff and food are horrible. Food is not hot, slowservice, slow to open. Read more
When I pulled up to the window to pick up my food they handed me my Drink and said we are waiting on fries please pull to stop... 3. I waited there for over 15min about fries when I see 10 plus cars go around me I finally gave up and went inside and there itwas just sitting there. Very sad attention to detail.. Read more
Worst McDonald?s ever!! Ice tea looks a little shade darker than water, chocolate chip cookies old & stale. Set in the drive... through for over 15 minutes. Would give this McDonald?s no stars if possible, very disappointing. Read more
