I had an AMAZING server. Ask for Carter every time. He constantly checked on our table and made sure we had everything we... needed. I hadn't been to Olive Garden in a couple of years and was somewhat disappointed with the 'new' garden... Remember the... Minestrone soup filled with delicious beans, vegetables & SOME pasta shells? Well, say goodbye to the veggie part and prepare tohave pasta soup. Like seriously Olive Garden? You took the best parts and substituted the cheapest pasta available. It was 90%uninviting pasta. Let's not forget the Peach Bellini... I remember the beautifully frozen cocktail with the lovely swirls ofcolor and flavors. Now we get a deconstructed drink that lacks the visual wow factor and is no longer served frozen. And whathappened to the atmosphere & ambiance? It's cold and stark now. All the warmth is now gone and we are given minimalism. All inall, the tastes were there but all the wonderful visuals are completely gone now. Today my boyfriend, my one year old son and I went to the restaurant. We were waiting at the reception, the hostess asked a... waitress to take us to the table, and from that first moment the waitress had a bad attitude with us. When she started takingthe order she was very rude so my boyfriend had to get up and go find the manager. Meanwhile, she kept asking me in a bad way,with a haughty voice, a bad face and obvious body expressions of displeasure. At that moment, all I wanted was to get out ofthere. I felt so angry and sad at the same time. I've never been treated that way. Ruined a happy day with my family.Personally, I had been depressed the last few days and this was a good opportunity to get out of the house and have a goodtime. We had gone to eat last week, and we realized that they accommodate people according to their race or skin color indifferent sections. But the treatment of the waitress that day was so attentive and friendly that we overlooked thefact. Anyway, today we changed the table and the waitress, who this time was very friendly but it was not the same, the spiritswere low and the hunger was gone, so we ended up ordering the food to go. Of course they charged us, but not before giving us atiramisu as an apology. When we left the place, my cousin, who knew what had happened, had already arrived and demanded anapology from the waitress. The manager (which by the way was not the manager with whom we had already spoken), sent for thewaitress who hypocritically apologized and we finally left. I believe that people like this are not trained to deal withcustomers, and if they have this type of problem, it is better for them to look for another type of job. Read more

First off it seemed like they sat all the African American people in one section of the restaurant. All the Caucasian People on... the right side of the restaurant. Then we ordered breadsticks with our meals, and the first time they were rock hard so we sentthem back, she returned with the second batch that seemed microwaved, then a third time we got them they were a little hard butsoft in the middle. The Endless salad was Soggy, tasted like they bought it from a store 3 days ago. Even the waitress admittedthe salad was from a bag. The tiramisu was frozen , you could taste the ice sickles melting in every bite. I’m trulydisappointed, the breadsticks used to be so hot under the napkin you couldn’t eat them when they first came out. The saladused to have a crunch to it bc it was so fresh. The best part was the cocktails & the Lasagna Frittata Appetizer. For $75 on myboyfriend’s birthday I expected better. Read more

The restaurant was close to empty but there was still waits time. They advised there wasn't enough waiters. Once seated they... brought food and drinks in a timely manner. The only issue was the serving sizes were smaller even though the prices were higherand they were really stingy with the bread sticks.
