Rapid pickup is confusing here. It?s not rapid in any way. You still have to wait in line and tell them you had a mobile order,... and then they put the order together. That?s completely the opposite of the purpose of their ?rapid pick up?. Food and coffeeare great though. Read more

This location is less than ideal. Every table except for one was completely dirty. The sandwich was fine, but I was totally... unimpressed with how dirty the restaurant is and how unfriendly the cashier was. She wasn't about to smile at me today. We are long time Panera customers and we've experienced the good like this one and the not so good. We earned a discount on... Pick 2 and I was confused about the invoice. Hannah, on the register, was neither annoyed nor defensive when I asked for anexplanation. Later I heard some chit-chat from the kitchen team and it was clear they worked well together and respected eachother. I complimented Will, the manager, for his leadership. The Margareta and Sausage-Pepperoni flat breads were perfectlycooked and the salads were delicious. We order a LG onion soup with Extra cheese had no cheese. Order a tuna salad sandwich, instead I got a chicken salad sandwich. ... Very disappointing. We pay good money just to get a screwed up order. Won't be back!!! Will never recommend you to my friends Read more

My wonderful mother and I just ate here and were everything but impressed. I ordered Asian sesame salad with an apple as my side... and a brownie as my sweet treat, was very surprised when the salad was mainly just greens and barely any topping for it being11.99 for a full?. In the first bite into my Apple the Apple was clearly no good was nothing but mush. My mother walked up askedfor a new apple because she was upset. And for being a place that I have always held to high standards and have been told tohold high standards too did not see high standards today, I work in a restaurant myself and looking at my salad I wouldn?tpersonally serve that for 11.99. At least with such little toppings. I can?t speak for my mom or for what she got which was theBaja bowl, but personally you could go to Qdoba and get a better looking bowl. Will not be returning.
