Best in class customer service??? Lol not at this location. Trucker at the loves called for a delivery, told this location does... not deliver there. Would you like to pick it up instead. Super quick. Super nice. Way better than Pizza Hut. Order was hot and ready. Everything was perfect.
I called and asked the crew to please make sure that my pizza had light cheese because I?m lactose intolerant and they... listened!! It?s not often I?m able to feel comfortable eating pizza, but I?m really appreciative that I can enjoy my dinner! Read more
Every time I order and ask to have the garlic replaced with a different sauce, it never is. I don't like the garlic butter so I... usually try getting the buffalo sauce. They never look at the label when they're boxing the orders up. This time the sauce cupwas sitting on top of the pizza and not in the corner of the box like it should be. The driver and guy that took my order wereamazingly nice and wonderful. They just really need to start paying attention. My son loves papa Johns, I do not and Here?s what annoys me about this place, they get it to you in 30 minutes, okay that?s cool... and all but your pizza is never done. The dough is still dooughey and it needs to have time to cook. My 3 pizzas cannot possiblybe made and cooked in 23 minutes. I HATE ordering papa Johns for the this reason. So I ordered online all good ... I go to pick up the pizza I see it sitting there and no one has come to the counter to help so... I wait and wait and wait and still no one then the driver shows up and asks if I've been helped I reply no I haven't sheresponds my manager is in the back she will be out to help I say ok and continue to wait another 10 minutes and finally themanager comes out. Delivery is usually a little faster than they say, the deals are pretty good, and the pizza, in my opinion, is one of the better... chain pizzas. I've never really had a problem with them, so I haven't had to deal much with customer service. The website iseasy to use and we also enjoy the virtual punch card for a free pizza after you spend a certain amount. Read more
I decided to order Papa John's last night after not eating here for about 3 years, and the pizza is ever worse. About 2 1/2" of... crust around the edge, heavy on the tomato paste, and light on the toppings. Our large pepperoni pizza only had 15 pieces on it,with very little cheese. The large hamburger pizza was about the same. Sorry, but we won't be coming back. Read more
