Food was up to par for a Papa johns. I ordered ahead and it was ready very quickly. But when I arrived I got no acknowledgement... from those working. One gentleman just slowly put stickers on boxes after watching me walk in then turning his back. After about10 minutes he looked and me and said ?I guess you need something?. I'm a doordash driver and I have waited over 20 minutes for one pizza while when I showed up their rags had nothing on it but I... go back in to check on my food it's full been seeing about six seven people come and go with their food and 20 minutes laterstill waiting. Read more
It's a chain pizza place so not the best pizza, but definitely better than pizza hut just cause of the red sauce. Also good... customer service, last time I ordered delivery the app didn't run my card, but the manager was able to assist me and even run atip for the driver so I still got food, he still got paid. There has to be a better way for you guys to package wings! The sauce literally soaked thru the box onto another box and luckily... I didn't set it in my seat after I picked it up! Other then that the food is good and that's why I gave 2 stars. Cause ifsomeone's seats get ruined the company isn't gonna pay for them to get cleaned! Read more
Disgusting! Would have been better off with a frozen pizza. Ordered the pizza for lunch at my work which has several buildings.... I left my location and number when ordering my number was even on the box. The delivery person made no attempt to deliver orcall me and dropped the pizza off at a random building. By the time fellow co workers figured it out and called me my pizza wascold. Pizza lacked taste and was too saucy. Never again would give zero stars if I could. Read more
I love their pizza but I guess it's best to stick with delivery!!! I walked in to pick up my order and there was about 5... employees inside. Two employees were at the register and NOBODY greeted me or asked if they could help me. One of the employeesat the register walked off and I assumed since they were done doing whatever it was they were doing that someone would now getme. I was wrong! I stood there for what seemed like minutes before I finally just said "I'm here to pick up a carryout order!". There was no "oh I'm sorry" or anything I was just asked my name and handed my pizza and sent in my way! And just like when Icame in the door I was sent out the door in silence! This use to be my favorite pizza. I always usually order extra of the whole peppers that come on the side which they charge... extra for. The last 3 times I?ve ordered from the Washburn location I have not received them. The last time I ordered themanager said I would receive them for free. Told this to the girl over the phone when I made my order and when my pizza wasdelivered, there was only one in the box. Didn?t even have the garlic sauce that is also suppose to come with the pizza. i ordered from this place and they said 14 minute wait time, i waited an hour and 20 mins to get my pizza and paid 21.81 for a... cold pizza and tried heating it up, was still terrible. my stomach hurt really bad after eating it and i am now taking medicineto help with the stomach ache, i will never again order from this place and i?m extremely disappointed , wanted to ask for arefund but i didn?t think i don?t think i can get one so why even bother, i just know not to order from this place ever again Read more
