Love their pizza never have complaints when getting pizza from there
Night before thanksgiving, first time going to this store usually go to the one on gage. I was very disappointed! Ordered four... pizzas. Something was not right with the dough. The pizzas stuck to their pans. We also ordered three salads, (2 club, 1Mediterranean) the med had the lettuce core in it! This was a really bad experience. You also have some snotty little bratsworking here that like to make comments and peoples hair and such. Seriously????? Will never buy from here again!!! Read more
Always great service . Needs help with thin crust. It never bakes crispy!! It sags and falls
Loved it, normal Tuesday special, $10 for any large. Love that I get it fresh, hot out of the oven. Has become normal for me... and my daughter, twice a month is pizza night, and Papa Murphy's has the best quality around, better than the delivery places. Read more
Not sure what this location is doing wrong with their thin crust. It's definitely them not making the dough properly, as I've... had pizza from papa murphys for years, and even worked there when I was younger and never had this issue. I LOVED their thincrust so I'm not sure how they're screwing this up. The last few times I've gotten thin crust pizza here will not cook right.It's always under cooked and soft in the middle. I even remove the pizza from the baking tray at around 10-12 minutes to helpthe crust get crispier, but even that doesn't do the trick. Had to cook the pizza over 20 minutes just to get the edge done, andthe center still falls limp. Very disappointing as this was one of my favorite places to get pizza. Read more
The people here are so friendly and sweet. They got our pizzas out in a timely fashion. And the whole time they seemed happy to... serve us. Cassaday was on register and did a wonderful job of explaining certain pizzas and different sales going on in thestore. Madison made our pizzas very quick and they were delicious. Have been getting pizza here for a long time, but was very displeased tonight. Ordered a large thin crust pepperoni at... approximately 7:00PM, was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Great! Arrived at the store at 7:30, and my pizza was not ready.I waited about 5 minutes before even being addressed in the store, and another 10 waiting for my pizza to be made. I wasinformed (not asked) that I was upgraded to the family size since "I could do it faster this way" even though a family sizedoesn't cook properly in my oven, leaving more hassle for me to deal with later. I just took the pizza and left, since I wasn'tgoing to wait 15 minutes for another one. Extremely dissatisfied. This store has gone downhill fast over the past year or two. The best pizza in Topeka you don't have to worry about your food being cold by the time that you get back home to eat. You turn... on your oven then put your food in like the instructions say it's pretty simple. I just wish that they sold chicken wingsbecause I would be buying them all the time.
