It makes no sense for the Pizza Hut on Wanamaker to close at 8 but the one on Gage, literally right down the street from me, to... be open until 11 but not be able to deliver to my address because my address is only for the Wanamaker store. It would be morebeneficial for them to have overlapping delivery areas. Read more
If I could give them 0 stars I would I got wing when I received them they had no sauce! Pizza cold! I waiting 1hr30 minute to... get my order called multiple time kept getting put in hold to wait for a manager (lady) and she placed me on hold never cameback and I ask for a refund and I still have yet to get one back! Ordered pizza at 6pm. Called an hour later to see where the pizza is. Lady said it should be right their. Another hour goes by.... Call again. Guy answers and says it should be their any minute. We are short staffed. Wait another 30 mins. They say they havecanceled our order because of no answer. RUDE SERVICE. Read more
After placing an order at 6:15, the confirmation email let me know I'd have the pizza by 8:40. Over two hours later... don't... waste your time. Order from Domino's and have it in 30-40 minutes. Read more
Bread sticks were not initially provided to me (I paid for more bread sticks). Went out to car before discovering $5 order was... missing. Went back in and watched person who was mopping quickly assemble my bread sticks (without washing hands, but heavoided touching them by hand, so that was helpful). The sticks were VERY COLD and did not taste or look right. Perhaps it wasmy fault for ordering so close to closing time (9:30pm). I will say extremely friendly service -- no issue with the people,just the process for order accuracy. No follow-up after filling out survey indicating the issue, either. Always have very friendly staff and pizza is pretty consistent. Ordering online or through the app makes carry out ordering much... easier. The newer space is more suited for the majority carry out/delivery service. Will continue to frequent this location.Kudos to the friendly staff. Read more
I have had several not good experiences. The food is 'ok'. I had bad delivery experience last year... 2.5 hours to deliver...... and pizza was cold not warm... and slimy... this time i ordered online picked up myself... pizza was ok..
