This pizza place on gage is the most rude and disrespectful place i have ordered from they would not fix my order and said it... was our fault we should have ordered it right that it was our problem not theirs and it wasnt even ready yet and then themanager got on the phone and was just as rude as the girl on the phone you guys shouldnt even get one star you guys have nocustomer service and very rude people it wouldnt have hurt you guys just to put the right toppings on it i will never order fromyou guys again complete and utterly disrespectful and rude!! Removing Pizza Hut from my delivery options. I've now allowed 2 poor experiences from this location. And it's just no longer... acceptable. Both I've waited 2 hours for a delivery, with no expectation of when my pizza will be delivered. Called to complainboth times, and almost waited an additional hour to talk to someone who actually cared about my complaints. Read more
Most disrespectful delivery expirence I have ever witnessed. Beth the delivery driver make a delivery to the incorrect address... and when was notified about this was completely hostile. I was told I didn?t know the correct address and that I should learnthe address for my own home. After contacting the store I was met with the same hostility from management. The picture below is their idea of "extra" cheese and sauce. But it was edible, and it tasted pretty ok.
I got pizza, chessy bread and Cinnamon sticks in their family pack. There was something for everyone...I fed 4 kids and 2... adults in $13! Everything was tasty and I did curbside to go so I didn't have to bring in all kids to pick up. It was a bigwin in my book! Read more
Consistently mess up orders, both delivery and carryout. They always remake them and/or send the new ones out, but they pretty... much have to do this EVERY time. Both Westside locations. 1 year later. Nothing has changed. Read more
