My friends and I are homeless. We've been staying at a motel for the last couple of months now. We ordered pizza three different... times on three separate occasions and every time the delivery driver dropped the food off and walked away not even asking forthe money. I had made an order and they said that it would be 30 to 35 mins I called twice and still hadn't gotten it after 2hrs and they... still never showed up. Then I get a man that got an attitude with me and tried to tell me I could only get half off but stillnot get my food. Read more
I ordered delivery online and it advised me that a door dash driver would be delivering it and get the tip. So I tipped $16... because I know Door Dash Drivers don?t make much. When he arrived, I asked what he got for the tip and he advised that PizzaHutt doesn?t give him the tip. It gets worse, he advised that they refused to give him a receipt for some reason which wouldhave shown the tip. I only give it 2 Stars because the food was cooked perfectly, I?m just upset that customers are being liedto about drivers getting tips. Who?s getting the tip then I wonder?? I realized withing seconds of placing my order online that I had made a mistake and tried to call asap so that it could be fixed... (have done this plenty of times here and other locations with no issues in the past) this time I'm told okay no problem and thena minute later got a call back being told they wouldn't fix it so we cancelled the order because it was not something anyone inthe house would eat and then my mom placed a new order for pickup so we wouldn't have to deal with it, on our way to pick up ournew order I got a call from another CUSTOMER letting me know that she had just received the cancelled order and that she triedto call you guys to fix it and she was on hold for forever before being told to call me to see if our orders got swapped and wecould just exchange the wrongly delivered food. I love pizza hut but today's been the worst experience, ordered online to pick up at 6 came at 6 I got sent to wait at the... parking spot , got half my oder 2 other cars that were waiting after me got there oders been 15 min an I had to go tell them I'mmissing half my oder still an they said they didn't have the oder like what had to hand over my receipt so they can make my food, whats the point of ordering ahead ??.. called to talk to a manager but of course they are all "busy" 25 min later I'm stillwaiting in the parking lot!!!
