How did I not know about this place before today? I had a Whole Green Turkey and it was fantastic. Highly recommended.
We came and waited for 10 minutes without anyone to come out to greet us. There were two guys in the back just standing there... talking to each other the whole time. I tried to let them we were there by yelling "Hello" few times, but never was acknowledgedby those two guys. We didn't other anything because we don't how we have to be there until someone notice us. Excellent customer service, went above and beyond. And the food was excellent. The top post was a year ago, stopped in tonight... (11-8-21) customer service was a 10, food an 11, and Gabe needs to have her won store. 100 out of a 100. Offered suggestions,and in my opinion a huge asset to your business. I love Planet sub, best toasted sandwiches in the world! Their bread is made from scratch and it is an amazing recipe! I live... many of there sandwiches and the simple foil wrapping. You really can't go wrong. as for the atmosphere, I do miss their oldplanet murals and artwork. Now it's just a simple fast casual dining style chain. Staff is friendly and I live the coloringpages. Ordered a sub here and when asked for my name. I gave the guy at the register my PREFERRED name. He took it upon himself to... label it with a different name that I did not give him. The name he put in place of what I told him was then announced to theentire establishment when my order was brought out. I won?t be back here again. Read more
