The salads and soups I've had from here have always been delicious! Definitely recommend.
Ordered an original with no cheddar and no parmesan. That?s even what the receipt said. Got a sandwich that was also missing... the mozzarella, olives, mustard, and sauce. Put in my order for curbside at 12 to pick up at 12:45, I got there at 12:50 to pick it up and called in. The girl who answered... the phone claimed that they had JUST received the order and that it would be another 10 minute and that I could just come insidefor it, they refused to bring it out to me when it was ready. I have 2 toddlers. When I order curbside it?s not being lazy. I?mgiven the choice of either having to leave them in the vehicle unattended or unload them to go inside. It?s not right and it?ssheer laziness on the employees part. If they were actually busy inside I?d understand but they weren?t, no one was in line toorder, the only people there were already seated and eating. I won?t be going to this location again. Read more
Food was good as per norm. They were fairly busy so we were glad to have ordered ahead. We will definitely keep coming back.
Took 10 min to order with only 4 people ahead. Then took 20 min to get the pizza. Double pepperoni had no pepperoni and little... to no sauce. Only saving grace is they said the would remake it. They refunded me as I was no longer at the restaurant andunable to come back. Read more

Paid for drink but received a cup stuffed with napkins. When I called to inform them the manager or a person named Dave said I... dont know what to tell you, we're extremely busy can I call you back? I too was busy at work which is why I had the orderdelivered. I GET IT, THINGS HAPPEN. It's the attitude of those involved that determine the outcome. Dave was just plain rude. Idid end up getting $2.59 cents refunded. (Or so Dave said.) I love(d) Schlotzskys before this, now just have a bad taste in mymouth and no drink to wash it away. Read more
