They close all the carhops at 9pm and then you need to use drive thru. Three cars in line can take up to 30 minutes waiting for... food. I got me the chili dog, it was not cooked, still cold. Don?t go here. The wait is long and the food is not cooked good.This location needs a full overhaul on owner, management and staff. Again, don?t waste your time here. Read more

This has been the worst experience I have encounter at any fast food restaurant. My wife and I order 2 fountain drinks and a... shake for $13 and waited nearly 20 minutes for drinks. However, when our order arrives the lady gave us only 2 drinks that werenot what we ordered. We informed the lady that a mistake has been made and the items provided were wrong. Without a care in theworld the server then proceeds to shrug her shoulders and say ?my receipt says you order was only $3, you will just have toorder again if you want a shake?. We explain how we paid $13 for all of the items we ordered and that it already shows on ourbank accounts through our mobile banking app. The server then stated ?well I don?t know, you can just order again I guess? asshe turns around and walks away. I am truly amazed with the customer service training at this location. When a customerexpresses a concern in regards to their order being messed up, are the employees trained to ignore the customers concern? Weordered and paid $13 for drinks and a shake and was only able to leave with 2 incorrect fountain drink and $0 worth of customerservice training. Thank you Sonic. Read more

The employees are lazy and they take 30 minutes just for a drink also don't get thicken or it will make you sick. Nobody washes... their hands here and they can't listen to directions sorry excuse for an establishment. Read more

Generally good food and all, but my last visit to the N. Topeka Sonic was a joke and a fiasco. Was not happy with the place on... that particular trip. To me, they are poor at making their mistakes right. This wasn't my first issue about Sonic. Read more

Sonic off Rochester in North Topeka. Unfortunately, after waiting in the extreme line yet no rudeness or complaints from this... end, the girl at the window didn't appear to care how she represented Sonic. She showed EXTREMELY poor customer service (nosmile, greeting, kindness, eye contact, or follow through, and rude behavior)! I asked for a receipt and extra napkins yet sheforgot when handing my change, so I asked a 2nd time and she said okay. Then I received the remainder of my order, but sheforgot both again, so I asked again (#3), and I got the receipt. I then had to ask for part of my order which was forgotten,and the napkins again, and when she came back with the order...still no napkins. I tried to ask again, but she was quick to bedone with me and the window closed. I waited thinking she might have been grabbing them real quick, but no, she pulled hercell phone out as I stared while she continued to text on it(didn't look up for even a second). I was floored and it just wasn'tworth even mentioning again. She clearly was more concerned about whatever was on the other end of the phone than to performher job, or even pretend to care that we are helping pay her wages by supporting sonic. This generation needs to get a clue intocommon courtesy and job performance! I hope she simply had a really bad night, and maybe she gives decent service when she's ina better mood?!? Worst service! I caution anyone who goes. The consistency of the service varies so much it is ridiculous. Sometimes it can be good/decent other... times like now it is utterly worthless. Not only have they messed up my order by not actually giving me what I ordered but evenwhen taking my order they stopped taking it before I could finish, which at the moment I am actually happy about because theynot only charged me for someone else?s order (which they did refund although I can?t use that money for a few days now) but I am100% certain they would have gotten that rest of the order horribly wrong. I am so fed up that I am not coming back, and Icaution everyone to be careful if you choose to get food from here. Read more
