Be careful if u order a strawberry limeade not sure if it's a shortage issue or if they changed the recipe just wasn't it's... normal strawberry goodness. It was still decent tho. Love going to this location they are really good at what they do!!!! Read more
Disappointing. I ordered a medium popcorn chicken and asked for buffalo sauce on the side. I should have looked in the bag... before I left the drive through, but I made the HUGE mistake of giving a fast food place my trust. Only half of the car stallswere occupied and there was only one person in front of me and two behind me in drive through. So they weren't super busy. Ijust got back to work and opened a container of extremely burnt, dry, chewy chicken coated in buffalo sauce. This is the thirdtime that a Sonic gave me awful chicken. I also wasn't given a receipt. I keep coming back in hoping that things will get better, but cold food that has been paid generously for should be hot and... fresh. I'll try again in a few months. I really want this place to succeed as there aren't many fast food options in Osage City. Read more
We waited 15 my s at the order speaker before having to drive up to the window where you pick up your order before getting any... service. There was a line of cars behind us that had to wait as well. We got no apologies, just a question of whether or notour order had been taken. Read more

This Sonic has gone downhill in terms of food quality (cold burger, fries and overcooked popcorn chicken) but honestly it's... mostly customer service. I suggest any other Sonic in town, Sonic is great just NOT the one on 21st by Target. I gave them 2chances but absolute terrible service. So disappointing their service went downhill even after receiving tips which most carhopsand employees do deserve. I wouldn't go back even if they offered me free food. Read more
