The first time we tried to order the guy couldn't hear us. So the second time we ordered the lady only added one drink instead... of four. So we canceled that order and tried again and that time got it right but wouldn't let us use our card. Finally we gotour drinks ordered and the card actually worked. Then the lady brought us just the one drink from our canceled order and we hadto explain that we had canceled that and we had ordered four drinks. It was so frustrating that we won't be going back. I can't believe how fast everyone is here. No mistakes. Sometimes it's hard to hear thru the speaker but the food is always on... point. Don't worry if you see their busy. Doesn't shake the speed or service at all. Read more
Out of slush mix while advertising new slushes? Also got our order wrong and then actually got mad when we asked for the missing... items. The food at sonic has gone down hill anyway. Not even worth it anymore. Read more
I decided to get a hot Dog, it was tough and hard. I've got the Sonic Blast several times recently and I'm not sure why they use... the bubble lid since there's been no whipped cream or cherry as in the pictures and short on shake. Read more
Order and timing was A+.......now 2 stars and will no longer order food only drinks. I asked for no ketchup because of my... allergens and theres ketchup all over the outside of the toaster bread extra soggy. Today was the worst experience I have ever had with any Sonic. I usually have no problem ordering my chicken wraps. I am... allergic to cheese so it's nice that I don't have to specify and double check that the wrap doesn't have cheese on it...WRONG.Today I went around 11:30, purchased two chicken wraps, and drove to Washburn for my classes. Low and behold one wrap was filledwith cheese. No problem. Called up, said I was at school, woman on the phone said I could return with my receipt anytime todayto get it fixed. She would be off at 4pm but she took my name down. I got out of class at 5:20, got to Sonic around 5:30, beganto explain in the drivethru that my order earlier was incorrect, that I am allergic to cheese, that I woman took my name downand told me to bring my receipt. They would not fix it. They claimed no female managers were on duty earlier and leaving at 4,my name was not in the log book, and that I needed a promo code. Finally I said I will never be returning, pulled up to thewindow to show them the receipt, at which point they decided to call another manager to confirm whether I had been thereearlier. I finally got my corrected wrap. This is ridiculous. It shouldn't have happened in the first place and the chaos to getit fixed was absurd. I worked fast food through high school and we ALWAYS logged down customer complaints and made SURE to helpa customer EVEN if the log book didn't have something so long as the customer had their receipts. I won't be back to thislocation for 1) concern for my health and 2) the horrible customer service. Read more
Had the best classic chicken sandwich this morning. It was so big, fresh and crispy! They always let me know it will be a 5-6... min cook time when you order lunch food at breakfast but it is worth the wait! Read more
Not the worst food but I got a small tots and medium drink when ordering a large I just took it and left after trying to use the... stalls for 20min getting picked up and hung up on multiple times and having to use the drive through and the ocean water waspretty much water I would suggest going to and different sonic or some were else tell they fix this problem they have. Mostpeople I saw was just leaving after trying the stalls wish I did the same. Read more
