My husband and I were driving through KS on our way to CO and decided to stop at Spangles in Topeka, as we had never been to... one. The food was great, but the staff is what our visit worth 5 stars. Leona (I think) and Gary were both fantastic! They werehelpful, professional and friendly, which made our visit a memorable one! As a food service delivery driver, this is in the top five worst restaurants in Topeka to pick up from. They won't even enter... your order into the system until after you arrive and then they hand key it in, so it takes forever. Last trip here, I waited 30minutes for the order to be ready. I will never accept another Spangles order again after this experience. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. Person at the cash register (Supervisor? Manager?) was unbelievably rude and loudly spoke to us about how... incompetent her employees were. The workplace atmosphere was atrocious and I felt bad for the regular employees. The burger wasdisgusting and poorly made. Fries were burnt. Haven't had this place in a few years and have always loved it, sucks to bedisappointed. If you want an actual good experience and meal, go across the street and eat Culver's. Read more

Live in KC and have never been or tried it and i was honestly impressed. Came right before 11am for lunch and the place honestly... doesn't look inviting from the outside but the inside was cool and the service was good and the food was hot. Read more
This place is wonderful, good food fast service, as long as they are not short handed, but that's everywhere, but even when... servoc is slow the food is hot and fresh, and lunch served all day. May I recommend the Philly steak sandwitch (delicious) andthe lady manager said they cook it themselves in the store, Looking for a deal? Get the $5.95 classic meal it even comes with amudslide with perfect topping choices and if you have never had one you are missing out, Dairy Queen has nothing on thierlactose free, that's right no milk icecream, perfect for my daughter that has an intolerance and you'll never know thedifference trust me... The drive through employees were very pleasant and I had a very short wait BUT does this look like a chicken oriental salad? I... eat this salad a lot. This is not up to Spangles standards. I did not look at the salad until got home. Huge chunks oficeberg lettuce and hard chunks of lettuce. I think if you don?t not have the salad you advertise, I am happy to ordersomething else. I do plan on returning but will not pay 8 dollars for my favorite salad without looking at it. Read more
