Ordered 2 drinks in store. I expected to wait a bit considering its Saturday. What I didnt expect was the lady to forget the... other drink. Then a guy tried to give me someone else's drink in which I declined stating someone else's name is on the cup.Mind you, the lady said he was working on it in which he was not. After wating patiently several minutes I asked the same ladyhow long was the wait ( I watched other drinks made that were ordered after mine) . They rushed and made my drink so messy thatShe had to put it in another cup with a dry " sorry for the wait". I get to the car and take a sip of my chocolate almondespresso and it was THE NASTIEST DRINK I've ever tasted!!! Almost chemical-like!! How could this be? This is the only drink Iever order from Starbucks, at that location. Drink tossed in the trash. Money and time wasted. Will not be returning, not evento remake my drink. Im going to 7 Brew from now on where they have speedy service and more keto friendly , sugar free options. Read more
It's Monday, it's early, caffeine is required! Topeka only has 2 Starbucks (free-standing). This location is ALWAYS busy.... However, the wait time has gotten so much better and whoever is at the window is friendly and gives a smile. Either location isgreat, all depends on which is closer at the time. Read more
This is the third time this has happened. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two times but now I'm tired of it. I... know people are short handed left and right and are extremely busy but all I wanted was a Venti hot vanilla Chai tea latte formy fiance. They can get everything right besides the size. Also it's bad when they repeat it back to you the correct way in thedrive thru and at the window but hand you the wrong size, also don't even say the price to you or even hand you a receipt evenwhen you ask for one. My teens are huge fans. Always asking for Starbucks but here's something I noticed. I drink cold, blended coffees. Staff asks... do I want whipped cream? Heck yeah! I get my coffee and bottom of cup is full of whipped cream, then coffee, then morewhipped cream. I had 1/2 cup of coffee and 1/2 cup of whipped cream. $7 for nothing. What I had for coffee was great, justnot enough. Recommend you watch your local Starbucks for this deceitful practice. Read more
