Ordered a Footlong Black Forest Ham. Literally had 4 slices of Black Forest Ham on the entire sandwich. Pretty disappointed... with this location. Supervisor wasn't able to refund, because we paid in cash. And I understand. But I won't be back. *Editingmy review from 2 Stars to 4 stars. The individual didn't have a smile seems like their was a lil bit of an attitude with him as well didn't change out with his... gloves or even wash his with different orders the he took. the cashier was okay to say the least he was a little happier thanthe first but I had to ask for a bag. Sad to say this was my first visit to this Subway. There were only two women working out front assisting customers/preparing... food. Sadly, myself and another customer had to leave with no food as a woman came in, had way too many orders and the rest ofus would not have been there less than a half hour or more. Please make a policy that is visible that if you have more than 3-4sandwiches, call in the order or make that large order online. Please don't let others do this to your workers and the rest ofus who only have a limited lunch hour. Read more

Gage store is ALWAYS saying they lost the order. When I point out on my phone and how we paid they miraculously find it. They... always throw shade and get the order WRONG. HOW CAN YOU GET A PRINTED OUT ORDER WRONG??? Geez not on the ball and they justdon't care. Don't bother with them. Read more

I went at 8pm and was halfway through ordering my meal on the drive thru screen when the employee told me the drive through was... closed and I had to come inside. It was still light outside and I was the only customer. I don?t see why I couldn?t use thedrive thru and why the screen is on if you can?t use it. I went somewhere else. Read more

has to be the single worst service i have ever had period. it took the 4 employees about 15 minutes to make my one sandwich.... they did not even know their own ingredients, and they made me wait at the cash register for about 10 minutes because they weremaking other sandwhiches instead. Read more

The Sub and Protein Bowl were great! However, my reason for 1 star is the staff on Saturday May 14, 1:30 pm were rude! The worst... customer service I have witnessed anywhere in my 62 years! No words can describe how rude these employees/kids were. I askedgirl who took my money if there was a manager on duty? She gave a smirk of a smile and said no! I asked when then? She saidtomorrow.
