Both times I have ordered from there, my sandwich was very messy made. It was very difficult to eat. Both times there was so... much sauce on there I couldn't taste my other fixings on there. I will definitely drive a little further to see if I get abetter made sandwich. Read more
Absolutely terrible and cannot follow online order instructions. I am allergic to both spinach and tomato, so I always order my... sandwiches with no vegetables. I did so today, only to receive the soggiest sandwich laden with mashed tomatoes, lettuce,spinach, and onion. They packed the sandwich with disgustingly wet vegetables. Not to mention, my order was sent in an openpaper bag and the sandwich wasn't even wrapped all the way, meaning it was open in the driver's car the whole way. Its not evenlike I have a difficult or long order, I literally don't even get any veggies on it! thats half the work that they did not haveto do but chose to anyway. Read more
Horrible customer service. They charge you for double meat and cheese, then don't give it to you. You pay for pepperoni and... bacon on your sandwiches, and they don't give it to you. But when you call 5 minutes later to let them know what they did wrong,they get an attitude and tell you that you're wrong. I'm sorry, but when I pay for extras, and none of the extras are there, Idon't believe that makes me wrong.
