Customer service sucks. Girl had an attitude because she was having a bad day. Didn?t once acknowledge anything said to her.... Handed food and shut the window. Signs on the doors saying the lobby is closed due to lack of staff also. At least the food washot. Read more

No dining area open yet? We USED to eat at a Taco Bell about twice a month, but we haven't eaten any Taco Bell since the lobby... closed due to COVID. I don't want messy Mexican food in my car, nor do I want to take it home and have to reheat it. Plushearing about all the mistakes they make on your orders, it'll be quite a while before we go back. This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen. If you have at least 2 hours or more time for eating then visit this Taco... Bell location, othereise not. Whenerver I have been there specially during lunch time, they typically took 10-15 minutes to takean order in the DRIVETHRU. After the order is placed, please allow 40-45 more minutes in front of the drivethru window orparking lot to get your food served! If you have less than 2 hours of free time, don't go there. 30+ min wait times are common here even for small orders. The staff has no sense of urgency. They are often understaffed. The... store is frequently out of necessary items such as beef, chicken, and beens. Is there no corporate oversight to fix theseproblems through proper hiring and training of employees and managers? Taco bell corporate and district management really needto step up and fix the issues that have plagued Topeka area locations for years now. It's like they just don't care anymore. Ontop of all of this the remodel (took place very recently) at this particular location is laughable; drinks splashing all overthe counter because of poor drink dispenser placement, ants in the dining room in large numbers, liquid dripped from the ceilingonto me and my food, and tables and chairs were dirty and placed haphazardly around the dining area. Do not go to taco bell for fast food! This taco bell has been for years and continues to be the slowest drive thru EVER! I... honestly stopped going after they got rid of the mexican pizza cause that was the only thing on the menu worth waiting for in myopinion. When taco bell decided to bring it back I decided to give it another go only to find the same extensive wait. InitiallyI was hopeful, I pulled in to the line and was the next car to order. When another car pulled behind me and the cars in frontwhere not moving, I was trapped! It took close to 40 minutes to get my food with only 5 cars ahead of me.
