This Wendy?s got our order wrong even though I repeated it two or three times and then they argued with me that I ordered medium... combos instead of larges. The one on 37th St is much better at listening. Read more

This Wendy?s is never helpful. Anytime we roll up to pick up our mobile order, they comment on how much food we are getting. ?Oh... geez!? ?Oh that?s a lot of food?. Well maybe consider that sometimes people have more than a couple of mouths to feed? It?srude. Do better. And they ALWAYS forget something. I get it, people are short staffed and are doing their best but when we goback through to tell them we are missing something, they insist that we tell them exactly what we are missing. Well, I?m notgonna hold up the line and unwrap everything. They don?t offer a refund or anything. It?s just not acceptable service. I cannotexplain how much money I?ve thrown away because they forget something and I just don?t want the hassle of going back to dealwith the rude employees. I?m pretty sure I won?t be back. Employees are nice and helpful. Experience was rather enjoyable, except for one thing which is why I am giving this a one star... review. The manager, not sure what her name is, does not treat her employees with respect. She was constantly yelling at, orcorrecting, her employees. The employees did a wonderful job handling the situation, but every single customer was talking abouthow this manager would not stop making a scene. Now I understand what it is like to be a stressed manager, however, thistreatment of her employees does not aid them in accomplishing their tasks more effectively, but in fact does just the opposite.One customer even said the employees only gave him the wrong drink because the manager was yelling at them. I would suggest amanager training course to help her understand how positive reinforcement leads to a more positive work environment and moreeffective work ethics. If this is not an option, new management may be in order. I hope the employees are treated better in thefuture. Read more

Horrible experience. Rude kid in the drive thru. Ordered a number 1 triple no bread and got 3 pieces of meat with cheese. ... No toppings. Asked if the tea was fresh or out of a machine and the kid says it was made fresh this morning. It's gotta bemachine tea. F this place. Read more

The service was fast even though they were busy. Until today I didn't know it cost extra to add cheese and onions to the chili.... The chili was good. Just spicy enough, but not too spicy. The Pretzel Bacon Pub burger looks really good, but didn't taste likeI thought it would. I think this location put WAY too much honey mustard on it.
