Ordered breakfast meal was told to pull around front to wait for my order to cook waited 40mins finally left tryed to get... someone's attention inside sence only the drive through was open.Ridiculous waste of money and time lost 8.61 to only have 2cars after me in and I was told to pull around front to not get my food when only one car was behind me and drive through wasslow.Ended up going to Denny's food was brought out to my car and only 5.99 cheaper then McDonald's Read more
The tables inside were filthy as well as the take out counter... some customers sat for 10 mins before someone asked if they... been helped.. also screwed up on my order for the third time.. heard others say theirs was screwed up as well. Well , idk if it's really complaining but... I don't like the fact it's breakfast only after 3 a.m .. Some of us pregnant ladies... / and or men (girls or boys as well) would like a hamburger or nuggets at 3 a.m lol ???? I ordered online via the app with the hope of receiving my food rather quickly, of course. Couldn't have been more wrong! I... waited 35 minutes for 1 order of French fries! After calling the restaurant and explaining my simple order and the time I hadwaited, I was told my order would be right out. It was packaged in a McDelivery bag and the receipt on the bag showed it wasready for 19 minutes! I usually have outstanding service at this particular location which I used to reach frequent due to theproximity to my house. NO MORE! Read more
Had an online order which they lost the order or gave it to someone else in the process. The "manager" said his name was RUBEN... was for some reason giving me attitue and mad at me when i asked for a refund when it was not my fault they had lost my order.This place sucks and so does management. Drive thru for lunch ordered a large fry and a large McFlurry it was $8!! McFlurry is about half the size it used to be for the... same price, not to mention the lack of topping on it. Things have really gone downhill as far as prices and portions! Read more
I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal for my daughter and when my daughter opened up her box it was filled with the big... mack sauce. So I go back inside the manager was giggling while apologizing. I was so up set . Terrible service . And I paidmoney to be treated this way. Read more
FYI .This McDonald?s is Rude manager name Angelica, customer service very rude i just bring my groceries from Safeway they look... at me like I?m homeless. Shes very rude . There price for coffee is 2.26 ???? small coffee 1.09 for the other branch ofMcDonald?s. Please check your customer service attitude towards your customer even though there not from your city treat themwell.
