We came because we had a Starbucks gift card and was grossed out. Both employees put their fingers in our cups when they grabbed... them to prepare the drinks. They handle money and don't wash before handling food/drinks. Read more

Why do you guys have business hours posted when I showed up 17 mins before you closed and was told sorry we are closed already.
I?m am disappointed with the service I received on my only and last visit. Firstly, staff wasn?t very friendly and more... preoccupied with gossiping amongst themselves. Secondly, my order was incorrect. No I didn?t ask for them to re-make it, Ididn?t want to interrupt them. They handed me the drink and walked away. I asked for sweet cream foam, instead they filled mycup with heavy whipping cream. Read more
Wasted a lot of my time... came for a frap with a dbl shot...finally took my order after talking.. didn't start it until after... their conversation about other coffee shops and redbull. Asked me twice if I wanted whip cream I said no both times...proceededto give me whip... apologized and took it off. ..tasted my drink realized there was no added expresso in it after I tasted itonce I'd walked away...so went back. Finally got my drink correct. I think they need some supervision. Read more
