I went in with 6 other people. My friends get their food and have almost finished their meals. I am watching the employees stand... around just joking and laughing like there isnt a care in the world. I waited for almost 30 minutes for my dine in order.Nothing complicated about my order unless you consider soft tacos as a substitute for crunchy as complicated. Maybe they were training, or maybe they just didn't know what was going on. But I promise you I do not need taco sauce for my... KFC chicken. They had one good worker and she was taking orders and running to the window to help the guy, who I am assuming isthe new kid, with taking payments as well as running food out to people. Kudos to her, she deserves a raise for being so quick,calm and polite. Read more
RUDE. Employees can't answer simple questions regarding the menu. Can't count change, or hand it back to you without throwing... it for that matter. Every single time you order they have you pull up, even if there's already a car there. Wasn't the best service. I normally get things mixed up at McDonald's, but two times in line after they messed up my 1st order,... and still screwed it up. Mountain dew is green, not dark! Also when doing tacos, I asked for soft on one order but everythingwas crunchy. Wasn't about to go through the line a few more times. Spent almost $100.00 for orders that were not even correct...Ugh. Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell I?ve ever been too. They don?t like to make the limited specials like the Grilled cheddar chalupa... they claim they are out of product. The bags of food they hand out rarely have the correct order. The staff are so rude andunprofessional. They act like the customer is bothering them. Read more
