Service was good but whoever was making the sandwiches was not the greatest. Ordered a spicy chicken to go. I walked out got... into the car got down the road five minutes or so opened the burger and there was so much buffalo sauce it leaked out in the bagand the buns were so soggy already, I couldn't eat the chicken with out giving it a wipe down first. was very disappointed Read more
When looking at your menu online,we tried to order potato cakes with our sandwiches but were told they were no longer offer thus... item. Please update your online menu's so other customers won't be disappointed. Thank you Donna Read more
This location was drive through only which was a bit of an issue since we needed to use the restrooms. But the food was typical... Arby's quality. Curly fries were fresh and hot. Read more
That was the best roast beef sandwich, I think I ever had in my life, cooked just perfect, I guess they just recently canceled... the pecan chicken salad sandwich, I had one, a month before, when I was in the area again, maybe a year before that, that wasoutrageously good too. Read more

Didn't even get to get food. As we showed up for a place to eat lunch, we were prevented because the doors remained locked with... a posted notice. It said along the lines of, our to staffing shortage our dinning room is closed for service and you must usethe drive thru only. Though i understand that business are short staffed because people rather do nothing and live off thegovernment instead of actually working. It is still a service that is provided but wasn't being so. But should have been. Imsure some people do drive around to order but we were not one as we wanted a place to sit at a table and eat. Food getting more expensive and the quality has gone down. Chicken bites were laiden with blood spots and gristle. Roast Beef... had hard "fat" pieces in it, that I had to spit out. I have been eating at Arby's for years, but I don't think we will anymore.The food there is just too expensive to have to throw it away. Read more
We went to the Arby's in Topsham because I needed to sit and unwind for a few with some decent fast food, but their lobby was... closed due to staffing... I was very disappointed having to eat in the truck I had been in all day, but not their fault, right?We got to the drive thru, I ordered a Reuben and hubby, who doesn't eat hot stuff, ordered the new Diablo challenge beefsandwich. I wondered what he was thinking... The order came to us correctly and quickly. He took one bite, turned colors and Igave him my Reuben. and he ate it all up. I ate the Diablo and I gotta say, Arby's, you finally got the spicy sandwich right!It is messy, not a truck sandwich, but the Diablo is no joke. I love spicy, and am always disappointed with the "spicy" thatfast food offers. Wimpy, flavorless food that is missing the heat altogether. Not the Diablo. My first bite was kind of adisappointment, but with my second bite all the flavors come together, and there is a lot going on here. Sweet, smoky, beef. And heat. My lips burned for about half an hour after eating. No joke... Terrific. But not for those who don't like hot. Thisis not a medium sandwich. It is truly spicy. I loved it!!! Tasty!!!
