Staff were not impolite but were not going out of their way to smile or be polite. Cold. Fire them and hire someone else. Also a... man was returning a coffee because the lid kept coming off and made a mess in his lap. The two coffees I bought both weremediums and the lids also do not stay on. It spilled twice, and no matter what you do the lid does not stay on. I?ve beendrinking coffee for 40 years so yes it?s not me not putting the lid on right. I think the entire batch of cups are bad. This isa franchise that has a buyer for all stores so Dunkin? Donuts is making uncaring decisions and has changed the source of theircups inventory without testing them. Thanks, not. Stain on car seat, pants wet, napkin fibers now crushed into my black dressslacks because of Dunkin? Donuts bad inventory management. Read more

Hello my name is Sandra. I am 75 years old and today I went to this Dunkin? Donuts around 11 am. I went inside and ordered my... food. My total came out to $12.33 I used my Dunkin? rewards money. I get points when I buy something and it can turn to money.The lady at the counter scanned and took the money off there. When I asked for my receipt she said I get it after I paid. I?mnot good with technology so I was a little flustered trying to use my Dunkin app. So I gave her a 20 dollar bill and she took itI went and looked at my app and the money was gone from there. She charged me twice and I called and they said they could helpme but they didn?t and told me to call back tomorrow. Read more

Absolutely no customers, drove up to the drive through, and waited for a few minutes without response. Said "hello?" and... nothing. So I pulled into a spot and went in. I stood at the counter for another few minutes, saying "hello?" again twice withno response. Left after waiting for 5+ minutes with no help. Other times I have gone here, the staff always treats me like I'mcausing a huge inconvenience for them (even though I always either order just a regular ol coffee w cream and sugar or a chailatte) and are always incredibly rude. I get that working in the food industry is stressful, I work at a pub, and people can bereally nasty, but it's no excuse to treat me like I'm causing problems when I ordered a drink off of the menu - especially whenI'm always as nice as possible to others who work with the public. The few times I've ordered food they always throw it angrilyin the bag, and my sandwiches have always come haphazardly made and thrown in the bag where I always open them to discover Ihave to reassemble it myself - and this has happened multiple times. When I've ordered donuts I straight up watched the womanthrow them all in the same bag even though I asked for separate bags because they were for different people. They do not treattheir customers right and it's a miracle it's even open. I'm not one to leave reviews, and certainly try to give workers thebenefit of the doubt, but I've had way too many unpleasant experiences at this one. I now either spend the extra money atstarbucks or drive all the way to cooks corner to go to the dunkin there, where they are actually respectful. Read more

I ordered 2 Boston Cream Donuts and this is how the TEENAGE GIRL placed my Donuts into my bag. I immediately called the Topsham... Dunkin'Donuts and a female answered the phone and identified herself as the Store Mgr. I made an observation that the TEENAGEGIRL should have placed my 2 Boston Cream Donuts back to back rather than sticking the Chocolate fudge on top of my Donuts toone another. I then had to separate the Conjoined Twin Donuts. Worst of all the manager just said, "SORRY!" End of conversion. I won't return to this establishment!! Chef Perry Read more
