This firehouse is a good one. The place was clean. The staff was friendly and appeared to like working there they paid attention... to detail. First time going there, figured I would give it a try. Not a fan, they use water baths to heat the meat, gives it a boiled... taste. Stood there for almost 10 minutes before I could place an order, there were 3 people there working. No one in line infront of me though. After I ordered took about 12 minutes to get my food, no bag for carry out just a cardboard container forthe sub and some napkins on top. No personality from the staff at all, they all looked miserable and made for a real solemnvisit. Not a fan, won't be back. Read more
Was starving and wanted something good tasting for lunch, specially after not eating breakfast. We showed up just as they were u... locking the doors. The food was great, 100x better then a sub from subway. Customer service was great. But those people need apay raise for dealing with all those fresh onions they need to cut every day. W O W...! First time experience at any Firehouse location (I received a gift card from work). I had the medium beef and cheddar brisket... just straight up with bbq sauce. Although a bit pricey the sub was very tasty and I do love brisket. My complaint here was thevery small amount of meat in the sub, sure was nothing like the picture on the menu board.
