I usually prefer the McDonald's in Topsham or Augusta, ME Usually the food is good and fresh and customer service is great when... we go either thru the drive thru or eat inside...Last week my b/f and myself went to the one in Augusta and realized howeveryone everywhere is starting to provide less product for the buck...why not deliver same product you see on tv like in theearlier days and charge the price of today...It would be more tolerable...anyway, today I had an apt. in the Topsham area andwent inside to order and dine in...I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal...first of all, the girl got my drink wrong, thenI got back to the table to eat after she got it correctly done, the frenchfries were fried in old grease it seemed and they werecold...did not taste right and my sandwich was this tiny piece of chicken or at least I hope it was chicken..I have a cold sonot 100% of the taste and two small pickles. I went up and asked the cashier if this was what it was suppose to be and she saidyes....so not worth the money they charged me. I will not be eating at any McDonalds again for a long time if at allagain,,,,just not worth the expense or product....blah!!!! Sorry McD's thumbs down twice now....sadly disappointed!!! Read more
So I can't rate based on food as I was picking up a door dash order. What I can say is the inside was closed so I had to go... through the drive thru. It took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru. The employees were friendly and apologized for thelong wait, which is why I'm giving 3 stars. I will say if I were getting myself food I would've gone elsewhere. Read more
Ordered 2 cheeseburgers only ketchup. Got two regular cheeseburgers. As per usual. I know things are tough for restaurants right... now but this happens like every other time I order here. Frustrating and probably means I need to not eat here anymore. Read more
I ordered a lemonade through the drive thru and it had black dirt all through it and hair in it. Also, I ordered on the mobile... app, and one of the burgers was rare and barely cooked. Very unacceptable. Read more
For ice coffee's they do really good. I wish they had more sugar free flavors. It is cheap to get a refreshing ice coffee here.... Food not so much for me, but I tend to not eat out as much. Read more
Was going to eat in but after quite a wait they bagged it so we left. My son used men's room & said it was filthy. Seemed to... have all young staff & all focus on drive-thru, not those inside. Read more
I asked for extra vegetables including extra tomatoes and extra lettuce and extra pickles and extra onions. I got the tiniest... amount of each on both of my mcdoubles. They did not supply any napkins. The food was also cold. Not impressed today. Read more
Person that took our order should not be working in customer service they were extremely rude.
