It has been awhile since i have been to Panera but was feeling like a bagle thos morning so decided to head out and pick one up.... Decided to try there bagle egg and sausage sandwich. It was delicious liked the garlic aoli on it as well. Had a latte that wasvery good as well. Turn around from order to our food being ready was very short. Definitely will make a trip back sometime inthe near future and hope there bagle sandwich stays around for awhile. Read more
proportions are wayyyy off. Spent 20.00 there tonight and this is what my ?small? broccoli cheddar mac and cheese looked like.... Remind you: I paid over $6.00 for this. I got a large caesar salad which was nothing special but I also got a bag of chips anda baguette for the two sides and neither one was in the bag. Not great. Employees were really nice though. Panera opens early and they always have breakfast options ready for pick up to take to the work team. The service is very... friendly and helpful although a little on the slow side (it is early morning) Great cookies and breakfast sandwiches and you canpick up lunch on the way in if you don't want to stop later. Food and service was great! The manager was dealing with shortages of certain items and issues with the ordering kiosks;... however, he and the staff kept delivering quality food and high level customer service. Awesome job! Read more
I had a frozen strawberry lemonade and brownie. They were both delicious. The kiosks to order were easily navigated and the... staff at the pick-up counter were friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating were clean. Also, the bathrooms were clean. Read more
I would rather give 0 stars to this place. I love going to Panera bread, food is fresh and healthy. I work night shift and... always order online and pick it up. I never check my order until I open my food to eat. Never had issues with my order in anyother place but this place is very unsatisfactory. They always mess up your order. I ordered whole sandwich and got half, theother day bread was all burnt. If you order chicken salad, they will barely put chicken on your salad. And if you call and talkto the manager, she goes; I can refund or give you free food. I don?t want free food, just make the order right. And she don?teven apologize. I have a very bad experience at this place. Need to find a new place. Read more
You are looking at $13 of food in the foreground. They don?t put cream cheese on your half sized beagle, undoubtably because... there isn?t enough in the tiny container to cover the whole thing. No type of sauce in the breakfast sandwich. Panera has reallygone down hill under their new leadership and almost all customer surplus is gone. Staff were nice albeit unhelpful. Read more
