Loveeee their new strawberry frosties! Please keep them in the menu! This was our first time eating at this particular location... but we definitely enjoyed it! Sat in the drive-thru for a good 20 minutes, that wasn?t the issue though. During that extended period of time there was a... beagle left in a vehicle in their parking lot with the windows cracked less than an inch and the weather today hit 85 degrees.Mentioned it to the window staff and got a rude response that it was not their problem, instead of offering to make a casualannouncement to the people inside like most stores would and have done. Yesterday I was coming home from a very long day at work and wanted to treat myself. It was raining hard so I couldn?t use the... takeout window and I had to order inside. THE DOOR WAS LOCKED! People were eating inside, so they were definitely open. Andthere was no sign saying that indoor dining was closed or to use another door. I was angry because the staff is usually socourteous, I have no idea why they would lock out customers when they?re still open! I tried calling so I could complain to themanager they let the phone ring off the hook. Very disappointed. Read more
I went to the Wendy's in Topsham last Wednesday. I was hesitant to stop there do the fact that the last several times I have... gone there the burgers were slightly above room temperature. I decided I would give it another try. I got a single and a juniorcheeseburger, French fry, and beverage. I arrived about 4:15 and was surprised to see that the table that I was at and thosenear me were dirty. There was food on the floor. The soda machine was leaking syrup and head run all the way over to thewall. When I got my meal, I noticed that both burgers were again slightly above room temperature. Disappointed once again! TheFrench fries were warm and fresh. I was thinking back to win to when Wendy's 1st opened. They were always amazing. Hot andmoist. The cheese was always melting on the Burger. It was a treat when I could go to Wendy's and have a Burger. Now, they don'teven come close to being the quality of the Burger they used to be. I have to say that the young man at the counter was veryprofessional, friendly, and helpful. I am done giving Wendy's another chance. Read more
We just stopped off to get a takeout order on our way up to Maine. We just received amazing, fast courteous and friendly... service here! I did not get the manager?s name but she was doing a great job of expediting orders and Jillian took the order forus. The food was hot and correctly prepared! Read more
This location constantly forgets items in my order or gives me a different order. Lucky for me I like all the food on the menus... but is a bummer when I really want something and get something completely different. Read more
