By far THEE WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. It used to be OK many years ago but it seems the newer managers don't care... anymore. The only thing they do consistently is screw up your order no matter how simple it may be. If I had known I could addpictures to this review I would've made sure to take some. I know it's fast food but please take some pride in the job you dopeople. People only stop here because it's the only freaking place in town and I'm sure someone's paid some money to keep itthat way because a Wendy's or something should've been built across the street YEARS ago. This place was filthy! They should be ashamed of the way that place looks!!. I will never go there again. Yes the food was... fresh, an we got napkins an sauces but other than that it was disgusting with the amount of dirt from the doors walking in tothe restrooms. Read more
Been going to the Toronto McDonald's for a long time, can remember going there when I was a kid and I'm 33 now. I've never had a... bad experience here, food has always been hot and fresh, and they're quick. Just a few times I've had to pull off to the sidebecause of how busy it was and had to wait a bit longer than I expected once or twice, but they're usually on it fast. Years agoI do remember that my order was wrong and I took it back, only to overhear the manager talking bad about me, which resulted in afew choice words from me to her. Well, she isn't there anymore and hopefully she was fired in spectacular fashion, she suredeserved it. All I know is that the company sent me a ton of coupons for free food when I told them what had happened. As Isaid, that was years ago and doesn't relate to the current state of the place. Everything is always great when I swing throughfor some fast food. Toronto doesn't have any other fast food places, so it's either this place or gas station food, and I'drather have a good, hot meal than anything at one of the handful of gas stations in town Read more
Best McDonald?s customer service I?ve seen in years, Checked my bag for sauces, napkins, reviewed my receipt... I haven?t seen a... fast food restaurant do that in years. Even though the building is a bit old, I love that it still has a classic McDonald?sfeel. Nostalgia is wholesome these days. Read more
bar none the worst mcdonald's in the area, and perhaps in the state as a whole. takes them forever to make simple stuff... (example: quarter pounder meal), and they almost always have you pull forward if you get anything more complex than a soda.fries are often cold and sad, and the saucing on sandwiches is inconsistent. not only that, but they have a heck of a timeremoving items from their online menu, so be sure not to trust it. overall rating: 2/10, I wish there were more competition intown. Well long story short my mom took my niece to the bathroom. Me and my husband eating at the table with other niece. We heard a... slam noise then a employee came out of then bathroom complaining to another employee. Then my mom and came out saying THAT THEBATHROOM DOOR CAME OFF. Like come on people! The door came off and almost hit a little girl and, the employee that was in thereall she said was yeah we don't use that one we don't use that one. My mom told her they need to put an out of order sign on it,and the employee stormed out. Then that when seen her complain about my mom. Also can we talk about nasty the tables are andsticky floors. Nice older smaller model store. I prefer this style much better! Not so modern. Staff were very friendly! Good breakfast
