The update inside looks really nice. I don't like feeling rushed when trying to give my order. Now, when you go to pay, they... want you to tip them. For what? Doing their job? Had the same service with the online as the one posted before. It was convenient because i was at work and wanted to get my... order done so i wouldnt waste my little lunch time on waiting????????...Do notttt recommend ordering thru app. I order for acertain time. Had to make sure it was that certain time and when i got there it had been made two hours before when i placed theorder. They werent busy at the time so it could have been made more fresh. My sandwhich was all soggy and you could tell it hadbeen there for a while. Will try again but definitely not placing order beforehand... Read more
The workers need to read the online orders. I?ve ordered a pizza sub with no sauce a few times. And every time the put the sauce... on it even when I put it in the special orders. And then I ordered a Turkey Italiano , half of it was missing the pepperoni,salami and cheese. I would recommend not ordering through the app. And they also aren?t honoring the $5.00 foot long. Slow pace even though they weren't busy, which doesn't really bother me. But the cashier cashed out a sandwich wearing gloves... she made a sandwich with and then went to make another sandwich with the same gloves on. I had to ask her to change her glovesand got a dirty look and an 'fine' in response. NASTY! Read more
As soon as I walk in I'm greeted by the staff. Sandwiches are always delicious. I go there at least 3 times a month.
