80 mins no pizza. Called customer service and was told 1-2 mins away. 15 mins later called again and this time we cancelled... because it was taking too long. Driver calls sometime later to say he?s out front and had to break the news we cancelled- poorguy no one bother to tell him. You guys need to communicate to your customers and amongst yourselves. Clearly you?re not beinghonest either, wonder what other dishonest things you guys are doing in there? There are many alternatives around you? we?lltake out business elsewhere. Read more
Ordered for Delivery at 10:00pm and it was confirmed for 45 mins. An hour and half before I called customer service. They said... they would comp the order and send it within half hour. It never showed up. They?re closed now and can?t get through to customerservice again. ???? Read more
This is not right when u order extra cheese & don?t get it, NOT THE FIRST TIME!!! that?s not all we like honey garlic sauce on... the side with our wings, this is the second time our sauce was spoiled gone BAD !!!!! All the staff had their masks below their nose. When we wrote in to ask them to please provide health and safety training for... their staff, they didn't respond. Pizza was good, but we're not returning to a place that doesn't take our safety seriously. Read more
There was more than 4 people inside that weather werent using mask at all or had it under their nose and even lips. I regretted... having my pizza there. Read more
