The night time staff were super nice until they were not at the Danforth and Pape location! They need to be re-trained on... customer service and in general that location needs to train better on how to interract better with individuals facing mentalhealth. If someone asks you to call an ambulance for them...DO IT! NO reason at all did I need to intervene and have had toFORCE you to call an EMS! Be better! Read more
I like how there are sinks to wash your hands located outside the washrooms. Cleanliness of location has gotten better. Used to... have sticky floors and tables everywhere. I really dislike their garbage disposal with the tiny opening and disposal area needsmore frequent clean up Read more

HORRENDOUS experience. Truly awful. It says it's open 24 hours but they shut down randomly to clean without actually informing... anyone, updating their hours or anything. I wanted 4 burgers, they were only willing to make 3, they refused to make 4 or tellus why they couldn't make 4 when they could make 3. The staff was rude and inconsiderate and it was just an awful experience. Read more
A&W College Ossington Toronto. Came around 1 am not expecting much for late-night craving. But the cashier was curt eno& more... to take me out of my pleasant vibe. No smile no please no thank you no looking at customer. Absolutely rude. & it wasn't justfor me, I saw 4-5 other groups/customers while I was eating & he was equally brisk curt & disinterested. The meal was ok. Nothing spectacular, but it is A&W afterall. The reason for 3 stars is dried up, old tasting burger patties. I... had a Grandpa burger which has 3 patties. I needed a lot of drink to be able to eat these cardboard like burgers. Read more
They have a Brew Bar at this location... This includes a robot that makes slushies and shakes. While I wish their Root Beer... shake was thicker, it had a great flavor. Read more
I've been to this AW multiple times but the experience is hit and miss. Sometimes they have a great cashier, very quick and... friendly. Sometimes they are slow and disorganized. Serves it purpose but could be better. Food is fine. Read more
