I've been coming here for at least 15 years... A first glance the decor is basic, like and other restaurant really but the food... is phenomenal and the vibes are on point. The food was excellent, and did not feel very heavy. The owner is super friendly and takes great care in her custers.
My hot girlfriend asked where I wanted to go to dinner and I said surprise me. And surprise me she did! This was my first time... trying Ethiopian food and it was delicious and an awesome little experience. Definitely want to go back. Read more
Tasty meal. The owner of the restaurant is quite nice. However though: they need a hand wash stand somewhere within the main... floor so people aren?t going to the basement to wash their hands before and after a meal. Read more
Super cute Ethiopian Resturant. They have vegan & gluten free options. The food is delicious, although you eat with your hands.... The coffee ceremony is a MUST if you like coffee. Great service and friendly staff. Read more
Our first time dining in a restaurant since the beginning of the pandemic was a great experience. The staff here was so friendly... (and sweet with our 2 year-old) and the food was delicious. We all really enjoyed it. We have been missing the homey feel offamily run restaurants and are happy to have found this spot in the west end. We will definitely be back! Read more

Overpriced for what it is, portion sizes weren't up to par, and service was a bit shaky at times. The flavours weren't bad... though, but the quality of the meat could've been better. The salad they served us was literally spring mix you can get from agrocery store. If you want to try Ethiopian food at a convenient location, it's an OK place to go to. Read more
