Went in with my little daughter who needed to use a washroom and the person we talked to told us right away that if we were not... buying something we could not use the washroom even if it was for a small kid. I could not believe my ears. I will never go tothis place again nor recommend it to anybody. What a bad experience. Terrible place. Me and my daughter were thinking of havinga refreshing drink after going to the washroom, but I did not even bother clarifying that to the girl who talked to us due totheir bad attitude right off the bat. Immediately went to another place, they kindly allowed us to use the washroom withoutasking further, once we were ready we bought drinks from them as they were nice to us and we were thirsty anyway. Very poor service. Yesterday me and a few of my classmates went in to do a few surveys for our school project, but some of us... also needed to use the restroom. One of us asked to use the restroom and one of the employees was kind enough to give us thekey. After two of us used the restroom there was still one of us who needed to use it, and one the employees asked her if shewas going to place an order, and if not you can?t use the restroom. If this is your policy it is not very inconvenient. And bythe atmosphere, we could tell our presence was unwanted. Read more
Stopped in for a coffee and pastry. The cafe au lait and espresso were very good. However, the selection of desserts was... disappointing. We had the blueberry peach crumble and that was good but not really what we were hoping for. Quick service, cleanlocation. Read more
I tried their cappuccino and didn?t really like it, also it was too hot and burned my mouth. Liked the outdoor area though.
Came here to grab a quick bite. They have wonderful staff and the food and drinks tasted great as always. I got the avocado... toast and light iced aroma. They have a few tables outside the store to sit and enjoy the food with shades being a plus. Read more
I stopped off at Aroma for lunch before my service Ontario appointment. I actually ordered food and asked to use the restroom.... Asian lady tells me ?sorry the washroom is broken.? I couldn?t finish the drink I ordered because I had to pee so bad. How canyou operate a dine in restaurant without working washroom facilities. This place should be ordered to close until theirwashrooms are not ?broken? anymore. Read more
