The food was pretty good very tasty and different. Loved the BURRATA E CAPONATA, very impressive! The PAPPARDELLE D’ANATRA was... very unique and flavorful. The dessert was also amazing... Enjoyed each bite of the food. The service was excellent, our serverwas friendly and he recommended the mocktail and also made a surprise mocktail ... Too bad I couldn't drink grapefruit, luckilymy friend was fine to switch, so all good! The ambience was OK, the tables were a tad close to each other and the crowd was loudwhen we were there on a Friday night... We had to talk very loudly in order to hear each other sitting accross the table.. Theprice was a little steep, so overall I'd give this place a 4.2 star. Read more

The pasta here are fantastic! Fresh, flavourful and quite nicely balanced taste-wise. Would highly recommend both the squid ink... pasta and carbonara. The table beside us was raving about the carbonara too and the waitress said it one of their most populardishes. However, dessert was a bit of letdown. It was supposed to be a tiramisu semifreddo but it didn’t at all taste like atiramisu. Great service, nice patio that’s tucked around and off to the side from king street. Read more
That was a treat! Very nice staff, good service, you see the training. But then an espresso together with dessert does not work,... although I asked. But anyhow! Very very nice food! Very tasty, well cooked pasta, great appetizer, the carne crude was fabulous, really liked it and will definitely come back. Portions Very well sized, nice arrangements. So why not 5 stars? As always, Ihate music with food. It is a bit pricy, and the wine list has quite a few holes for a restaurant in this category. The superTuscan, was very nice i have to say! Great choice. Read more

Can’t beat the value of half priced wine on Tuesday! We were a party of four and had the best experience - from top to toe,... everything was on point. We ordered the fried calamari, burrata salad, and focaccia to start. The salad was delicious (thecheese was quality and creamy, tomatoes were bright and the pickled eggplant was delicious), and my in-laws felt the calamariwas some of the best they’ve had (the cornmeal crust was light, crispy and well seasoned). For mains we ordered the cod withwhite bean stew (fish was excellent and stew was a beautiful compliment), braised rabbit pasta (so hearty and comforting -reminiscent of the famous pasta a la presse from The Grill in NYC!) and the squid ink pasta (we were told it was the leastordered, but hands down the best pasta dish, and it truly did not disappoint). Had the tiramisu and a lemon tart for dessert andboth were a delightful finish. Front of house and service staff were engaging and attentive, the space is bright and lovely, andmusic was fun without being too prominent. Will definitely visit again. And again. Read more
I came here for a corporate event and also paid a visit on a separate occasion for a birthday dinner. Staff here are super... friendly, I was greeted upon arrival and they coat checked my items. We had several staff members passing food around and therewas a mini bar by the entrance of our private room. Everything tasted amazing, my personal favorites were their wine options(all from Italy) and their charcuterie boards. I don’t recall what kind of cheese were served to me but it’s some of thebest cheese I’ve tasted in a while. If you’re planning to host a corporate event, I highly recommend Ascari, the eventmanager was very responsive and my team had a great time overall! Read more
I loved the food and the service. It’s a beautiful restaurant. However my only suggestion would be wish there was anyway to... modify the brunch options for vegetarians. For example since I ordered Benedette they added avocado instead of meat. Itwould’ve been great if there was another way of substituting veggies. Read more
