This is the worst location I?ve EVER been to! Every employee is either rude, or doesn?t know what they?re even doing. I?ve tried... giving them a few chances but every experience here is very disappointing. My friend ordered tacos and while she got thetoppings, the employees were making fun of her for having a ?basic? order. Very expensive for what it is, small portions for the small size; also, went two times for the quesadilla and also the burrito,... both times the spiciness was like half the burrito in its entirety. Couldn?t even eat it and had to open it up and then barelyate whatever small portions was inside that?s left. Both times it was super salty, and tried different sauces too. Ingredientsdon?t even look or taste fresh. Stay away, waste of your money and it?s probably the worst burritos I?ve tried and the reviewsare unbelievably incorrect for this place. Not recommended! Ordered online; did not include hot sauce or guac in my burrito bowl and instead added way too much sour cream. In care seem to... have been put in this order. would not recommend . Better places around. Read more
Used Ritual and ordered the Spicy Chicken Burrito with all the fixings (lettuce, chese, onions, etc) and Extreme fries. Burrito... was about 80% rice with hardly any other ingredients and the fries were missing all the toppings except some tomatoes. Verydissapointed. Read more
Burrito is huge and delicious. Staff very helpful. The portion of fries that came with the combo is pretty small though. Would... suggest skip the combo and just get the burrito. Read more
Thank you for opening in the area!! Great value, filling, and so tasty! I really love the extreme fries (fries remind me of... Costco fries!) And anything minced beef or fish - like for their burritos and quesidillas. The only thing I dont like is theirbuffalo chicken but i was never a fan of tangy meat so that was no surprise lol. Been here twice in the past two weeks and Ihave feeling I'll be back again soon haha. Read more
Food is actually pretty decent but one of the workers there sucks so much. He has ear rings and has a higher pitched voice. He... was preparing my burrito and midway I noticed a squeaking noise and it wasn?t the bottle. It was the worker, he was constantlyfarting and it started smelling really bad. When I caught on he just look at me smiled, turned around and ripped a gnarly one.After this I stormed out of the store. Every other time here has been great up until this bizarre encounter. Read more
