I would say high quality Korean bibimbap. (Beef) All the Namool in the bibimbap seemed fresh. All the sauces were very creative... and went well with the dish. It would be nice to tone down on oil a little but overall really great dishes. Ddeokbokki andSteamed buns were really yummy and delicious as well. (Forgot to take photos) Portion size was a little ted small but stillreally happy with the menus. Also, sweet plum juice (not certain with the name) is must try! :) Great to pair with all of thedishes here. (Also forgot to take photo) A little pricy but worth to try it! Really healthy and delicious :) Read more

My daughter and I walked in at this restaurant as she had her blood sample taken and wanted to feel good after the scary... experience but was very disappointed. We came up to the counter as no one greeted us and asked for menu. The guy server saidthat it will take 30 minutes to prepare the food and there was only one menu available which was displayed in the counter(which you can never hold), as my daughter was having second thoughts as she was very hungry, I told her that she liked Koreanand I thought to myself to try their warm rice bowl, so we ordered and was surprised that the guy asked to pay right away. I didnot say anything as I thought that it was their policy topay first before eating as it was our first time in that restaurant. Wewere waiting for him to offer us a seat but he did not so we decided to sit down somewhere. After a long wait, finally the foodarrived and it was in a take out boxes. We were very disappointed. Instead of making our experince better the owner lectured usthat we were supposed to sit down and order food and every restaurant has the same principle. Although he said we are welcome tostay but will not have an experience of the warm rice bowl but he never did anything to solve the issue as explained that we arenew there. I totally disagree with him. Even if he is right with his restaurant logic, he should have made a way to make theexperience of his customers better. I worked in a restaurant industry for almost 10 years and managed restaurant and that is notthe way you treat your guests. On top of that, the taste of the food is mediocre compared to other Korean restaurants we'vevisited, so we will never comeback. I hope they will improve their communication skills and customer service and ask if theperson will dine or will take out. Let us just agree to disagree what you were saying was half truth. I ordered mushroombibimbap and my daughter had the beef. Even though we were not actually served I paid a total of more than Read more

Amazing food! Always tasty and fresh. However, the service is inconsistent. Some days is fast and courteous and some others, is... slow and you have to be waiting for the waiter to come to your table. That?s why I?m giving 3 stars. One day it was pretty busyand some tables were waiting. Suddenly, a woman said hi to the owner and he took her order right away, skipping all of us! Thatwas very annoying. Read more

Gem of a Korean restaurant! The bao were delightful and the beef was subtly sweet. I appreciated how the doppoki portion was not... too big, but it was spicy! 6 optional sauces come with a bibimbap order with varying levels of sweet, sour, and spice. Free smalldishes of kimchi and pickles veg at the table were cut to small pieces made a comfortable and mess free eating experience. Atthe end of your meal you get a lovely sweet cinnamon drink that reminded my hubby of backhome! It was a nice surprise and greatend to the meal. We will definitely be returning. Read more

Good food! Very filling ???? They have different types of sauce (i.e original, soy, apple). Surprisingly I liked apple sauce.... ???? Just took some time before I was accommodated. I'll go back here again if ever I miss Korean food. Read more

What a gem in the upper village! Food was delicious and affordable, also veg friendly (miso, sauces, kimchi are all vegetarian).... We got the tofu bibimbap and the mushroom bibimbap - and got to choose from half a dozen sauces - so tasty! The owner was sohospitable and friendly. We will definitely be back! Read more
