Amazing jazz on Tuesday nights. The best kept secret in all of Toronto. Where are the jazz fans? This is the new Salty Dog,... where Kirk MacDonald puts together the best jazz musicians in the city, which means best in the country, with no cover, but youreally should contribute generously to the tip jar for these world class players. Service is terrific and the beer is cheap.There should be line-ups at this place. And there is great live music other nights of the week, too. Read more

I went on a first date here there was a live band called one king band ! They were old school and so amazing loved their vibe... and what they brought to the bar! Always a great breakfast spot. Coffee is hot and refills come frequently. Menu highlights would be the Eggs Benedict, pancakes... and french toast. Service is friendly and efficient. We've never had a bad experience here. Our Go TO for a weekend treat. Read more
