I ordered a mixed naked burrito, and my friend ordered a quesadilla. My portion was huge enough for two meals. It was very... filling, but the flavour and texture of the chicken were not as great as Chipotle's. The price was well worth it, though. Myfriend said her quesadilla was okay but commented that it was worth the money, but the flavour was not quite there. The pricesonline and on Ritual are different - and it's better to order online unless you have a Ritual discount. Ritual also doesn't havesome options available online or in-store. We decided to try tacos for the first time ever. It was waste of money. Tasteless, the worst fast food I have ever tried. It... crumbled straight away. I held it in my hands as I don?t know if I have to use fork (my first time). But nobody gave us a forkanyway. Half of it just dropped on my leg. We travel a lot a have not a small audience. Having gone multiple times, this is my favourite location in Toronto. The staff are so friendly (especially the lady that... usually takes my orders) and the portions are always generous. It?s a busy little spot, so you might be waiting a few minutesfor your order to be prepared. Read more

Ordered a chicken burrito and steak quesadilla, which both tasted horrible. The barely any rice, veggies, or chicken?only beans.... I selected black beans when placing the order, and It was the main star of both meals. NOTHING BUT BEANS, BEANS EVERYWHERE, ALLTEXTURE TYPES?all from 1 single type of bean. Used to love this location bit just like many other burrito Boyz in the city it's gone downhill. Portions are quite sad now,... the quesadilla seems like half the filling of what it used to be - servers bites without any meat at all. Seems like theystopped seasoning their food too because everything was bland bland bland. Even the extreme fries with so much going on barelyhad any flavor. The "steak" burrito was filled with unseasoned, watery ground beef! Straight up fraud on that. All of the other fillings were... low quality produce and/or low grade filler that had zero flavor whatsoever. Thankfully the "xxx hot sauce" - which they havewarnings posted about how spicy it is- gave the whole overstuffed mess of a burrito a tiny amount of mild spice to counteractthe bland backdrop. The chips were alright but they came with a 2oz shot cup of bland institutional tasting salsa. Barely enoughto dip 25% of the bag. Read more
