The service was extremely slow, it took 30 minutes as staff stood there looking around, having conversation over the food, and... staring at me with no update on why I was waiting for 15 minutes already. After waiting, and having to ask for an update fromstaff, I didnt receive what I wanted. The chicken was grey and the flavour was not there. Additionally, a quesadilla should notbe falling apart... if I wanted a sandwich I would of went to subway. Terrible Read more
My dad and I were working at a new home job site. We ordered delivery straight from the website and paid online. My dad got... halibut burrito, and I got a soy/shrimp burrito. It took almost an hour to deliver, we were 550m from the location itself. Thefood came, and the driver did not read instructions that we were in the rear garage area, and was just asking random peopleonthe street where the house number is, which was also posted on the home itself. We got our food, our drinks were missing. Icalled in and was told they cannot deliver our drinks, but can give us a combo upgrade on file for next time. It's reallybasically already paying for drinks and not getting them, then being offered a free combo upgrade, in which it's not free. Iended up driving for the drinks, staff was polite, gave me my drinks and offered free chips, I accepted, and left. I was eatingwith my dad and he got half way through his small burrito until he found the halibut, which was more batter than fish. Both ofour white wraps were moist instead of crispy outsides. My burrito was soy/shrimp. I ate 3/4 of my burrito only to find 4 shrimpat the very end. My soy was sloppy and the stingy shrimp werent even seasoned. We spent a good $40. My dad and I seperately liveoff lakeshore, and our favorite spots for years are the Lakeshore locations. He called me last night with stomachepains/sweats/run belly. I at some point afterwards experienced the same thing. This location should be further inspected forpossible food contamination/bacteria. We couldnt work our trade today because of being weak on the toilet throughout theevening/night. Worst experience and food from this Burrito boyz location. Read more
The food is good, however the male kitchen staff have an attitude issue with talking about customers behind their back about... appearances. It's extremely off-putting. This isn't the first occurrence that I noticed happen to myself and other patrons.Today was the last one I would tolerate.They need another training in customer service or they won't have my business anymore. Ordered a steak burrito combo. I only Eat burritos from burrito boyz, and I have to say it was the smallest burrito I?ve ever... had. It was literally less than half the size of the brown bag they put them in. I couldn?t believe it. Disgraceful. Nevercoming to this location ever again. Where?s the consistency? This is one of my favorite places for Burritos. Portion sizes are generous and a good balance of meat, beans, rice, cheese and... veggies. I like how they have an option to substitute cheese for guacamole for no additional charge. They have many options forveggies to give your tastes buds a workout. My favorite menu item is their steak burrito. Even with all those otheroverpowering ingredients in the burrito, the beefy taste is not lost. The chicken burrito is a close 2nd. Their bowls arealso good as well. One of my favorite places to visit when I am looking big bold flavours on an empty stomach. Read more
Ordered with Uber eats naked chicken burrito (buy 1 get 1 free promotion) salad tasted fresh and overall it was good quality.... Portion could be just bit larger. Pretty good. ???????????? Read more
Wouldn't reccomend. The steak was cold and tasteless. I threw it away after taking the attached photo. They also had me... repeating my order multiple times. Definitely not worth $11 -- not even worth half price. I would recommend going to MuchoBurrito. Maybe this is why all of their "awards" on the wall are only from 2006 - 2008 and not onward. Read more
