Their tapioca pearls are bad including their brown sugar pearls. ?? Pumpkin spice smoothie was also bad ????.
Service was agonizingly slow, not sure if it was an equipment problem or new employee but it took ages to enter in a coupon... code, and then even longer before I was able to pay. My drink tasted good but wasn't sealed properly at the top causing it tospill everywhere. Layout of the store is not great either, they've blocked off all but one tiny corridor for entry and exiteven though they have the capacity to split it up. instead they just entirely blocked the seating area so you have to squeezepast everyone in line to leave the store Read more
Chatime is usually a solid choice when you have a bubble tea craving but in this COVID-19 environment, I was a little... disappointed at how they set up their store for customers. They blocked off access to the entire dine-in section of the storeand forcing everyone to use the one narrow path to go in, wait, and leave the store. That is not smart use of your space! Ifelt ok because there was no other customers in the store at the time but it's located right near the U of T campus so it couldbe really busy with back-to-school reopening soon. I would hesitate to go into the store if I saw that everyone was rubbingshoulder to shoulder to enter and leave the premises. They should create a one-way loop so that customers leaving go aroundthrough the dine-in area to leave. The four of us ordered the same thing, grass jelly roasted milk tea, with differentvariations in ice, sugar, and milk type (they offer oat milk now). There was only one person manning the whole operation behindthe counter. We had to go back to get one of the drinks re-done as it was not correct. They happily provided a replacement. Read more
I love Chatime, their bubble teas are very innovative and delicious. You can also customize your order which is not always an... option in other BBT stores. This location is close from work but honestly is their amazing staff who keeps me coming back. Ialways ask for recommendations as I'm very indecisive and they are always super patient and helpful. Shoutout to Steed for beingawesome, always. Super reccomended if you are in Toronto, the Holiday Rocher is to die for, thank me later. Read more
First time here but I've been to this bubble tea chain before. The place is pretty new so nice and clean a Tony bit bigger than... most chatimes. They have ritual so that's cool. Servers were just there really. My mango green tea with tapioca was pretty goodbut I'm used to that. I would probably return if I was in the area and craving some bubble tea. I also do recommend to thosein the area and also looking for some bubble tea. Read more
Friendly and great atmosphere, but that?s all I?ve experienced. Three separate times I?ve gone in and their debit/credit machine... is not working each and every time I visit :( It?s unfortunate, but I hope to one day have the opportunity to try one of theirmenu items. Read more
