Wow the customer service is bad. Like real bad. Didn't want to correct our order "it's too late" even though we hadn't even paid... yet. Still got our order wrong (cold instead of hot) after that twice wrong. Not listening and not accommodating at ALL. Maybethe microphone system isn't great, but the attitude wasn't great either. Their customers service is definitely terrible. The staff with blonde hair was so attitude when I was ordering. He also forgot... to give me my cake. When I remembered and came back to ask about my cake, he was just put my cake on the table with out sayingapology even once. Read more
I enjoyed the Thai milk tea very throughly! A solid 8/10 it?s more creamier than richer in my opinion, the staff were helpful... and quick to make my order as well, I know there?s chat time fans but I?m afraid for someone reason I?m not one of them, for meit?s a good place if you want a basic drink at a good price, but with some much competition things change, not to mention someof the other locations don?t always carry regular tapioca instead the honey one, so it is disappointing. In the Korean Town, 2 side of the street filled with the nice restaurants and stores. It is in the fall almost winter now! So it... is a good idea to stop by in the cold out side to get the warm in side the store. There several good seats to sits and goodmusic! There are plenty of teas for you to try! There are also cakes and some good pastries. Which good for tea time in theafter noon! I tried roasted milk tea with jelly grass, less ice and less sweet. The taste is really great as I am expected! Cool bubble tea place with a nice vibe, friendly staff, and a fair amount of seating to hang out with your bubble tea. There's... even a window into the neighbouring indoor rock climbing place to help you feel guilty you're indulging and notexercising. There's a decent range of teas on offer including a sea salt creama that's a thick layer of salted foam on top ofyour drink that adds an extra layer of texture and flavour to your otherwise standard drink. This chatime is a great place to hang out and study! I've spent so much time here since it opened. The staff are super friendly... and attentive and the interior is really nice too. The cakes are good as well and I love how cute the reusable straws are! Read more
