Employees need to be better trained. The customer service was awful. One worker had a nasty attitude while I was doing a pickup,... but I didn?t want to cause a scene as he was already so loud. He needs to learn how to calm down. I also ordered 3 bowls, andthey all had inconsistent amounts inside. The worst was probably 1/3 filled. This location just keeps getting worse and worse. I used to love this restaurant a lot. I am working close by and order from them regularly usually online takeout. They used give... good amount of food and suddenly they start declining on quantity. 1. Pathetic customer service. It took forever to prepare one chicken bowl. The staff didn't even bother to complete my order and... started taking other people's order instead. I was left confused as to who is taking care of my order. 2. The place is not cleanand the staff is very unprofessional. Used to love this location. Always was on point. As of the last year it's been declining heavily. Slow service at time, over... spicy food (on non-spicy items like the chicken) and worst of all their take out. Ordered online for pick up, because of thisyou can't see them make the food so you need to trust in them to give you your moneys worth. This order was Extra Rice, Chickenand Lettuce. Simple and easy. You would think because I'm getting so little they would add a decent amount for my $14 dollartotal. This is what I received. Common guys, I expected better. A good outlet with seating options. Very fresh and service is quick. Generous serving portions. Ample parking available.
We had Chipotle cater an event and it was ???? Everything was hot and delicious. The staff had everything ready to go when we... arrived for pickup and were so kind as to help me walk it over to my car.
