Yesterday I went to chipotle restaurant with my friends, yong and englinton location, the girls who served the food were nice... but the girl who charged us for the food was rude but nevertheless, but when we opened one of the plates of food we found a flyso we proceeded to tell the girl who was charging, She was annoyed and said yes, but she was going to charge us for the drinksanyway, but she didn't even apologize to us and didn't even throw away the guacamole that was where the fly came out, when wewere leaving the restaurant she continued serving the same guacamole to the other customers. This is a pretty decent Chipotle in the area and the location is pretty awesome. The food can be a bit hit and miss at times but... I have mostly found it to be consistent. The staff is good, polite but they are also very professional and focussed on keepingthe line moving in busy periods. This can be off-putting to some customers but I'm fine with it. The chicken or beef can be abit tough and chewy at times so that is something they can improve on. Read more

I know chipotle is so popular cuz their food is so tasty and healthy. This was my first time ordering their food, and I don?t... have a good experience. I ordered the food through Ubereat before research on the google map and I do regret it. The food I gotwas Keto salad bowl, which was crazy salty. Extra critical as this is a corporation and they have the money to have better process and manage quality. Sloppy tacos and... burritos. Who in this day and age charges for guacamole. Better off spending half that and making it at home. Read more

I'm literally so sick of this location, they make sloppy tacos and just throw your food around . Explain to me how this is... acceptable? I asked to have everything thoroughly drained because normally by the time I walk across the street to my apartmentmy tacos are a soggy mess. I've loved going to chipotle for years. I agree, portions can vary especially when you order through the app or during rush... times. I usually order a burrito bowl or the 3 tacos. As you can see from my photo there was no attempt to make any sort of tacohere. This is slop handed to me in foil. They put down 3 tortillas flat and dumped the food on top didn't even attempt to formany sort of taco. Very disappointing experience. I would love to hear from the manager on this experience and would be happy totrain their employees on how to make a taco. Read more

Nice to be able to dine in at our local Chipotle again, after the Covid-19 sanctions have been finally lifted. Great quality... food served by friendly staff at prices that won't break the bank. Our order was hot, fresh and simply delicious. The restaurantwas impeccably clean as always and it felt good to see hungry patrons enjoying their meals just as much as we did.
