Food is okay although this is not the most authentic Mexican grill in the area by far. Selection isn?t all that great and our... experience when we went was tainted because all the seating and tables were very messy and gross. It wasn?t busy in therestaurant but still no one came to clean anything, the staff were talking to each other the whole time. Not worth the price andnot worth the hype. Read more
Really, really disappointing. Comfortably the worst burrito I?ve had in many years and expected much better from what I?ve heard... about Chipotle. I had a steak burrito. All the ingredients except the guacamole were unenjoyable at best, horrible at worst.Also - no burrito sauce? Service was rushed and not pleasant even though the restaurant was not at all busy when I visited.Their guacamole was the only redeeming quality. Read more
Not sure what happened, but the quality has gone down hill with this branch. I ordered chicken today and basically 3/4 of the... chicken I had was burnt, maybe only 3 pieces I ate was actually soft and edible. The staffs seemed like they did not care, andput very little portion. I wouldn?t come to this branch, other branches are probably better. Read more
The place had the same vibe which I would expect at any Chipotle. What surprised me was that they did not have sour cream or... tortilla strips like they have in Texas. I would already recommend this if you are craving a good Tex-Mex Read more
Would give 0 star, if possible. One of the worst fast-food experience. I don't expect much from fast-food joints, but being told... "what else" in a "Order fast and GTFO of my face" monotone isn't what I need to pay for. No staff greets/welcome you. Simplyasks "What can I get you" and with every selection I make, the staff responds back with "What else". The store had the audacityto ask for tips after a terrible service. Places like this make me question why customers are responsible for paying tips. Whatservice did I get that isn't covered by their hourly wages? Will never be visiting this location and suggest other potentialcustomers to stay away. Read more
What happened to Chipotle? It used to be consistently delicious. Now it?s consistently disappointing. Can?t tell if it?s just... this location but it?s actually just sad. Today I thought I?d give them another try. I ordered a steak burrito bowl witheverything plus extra steak and guacamole. Check out my pictures. I paid $27 for that. Lol. It looks like half a portion andthey forgot the rice and the fajita veg. I will not be back. This place is a joke to their brand. Read more
To begin, they do not cheap out on guacamole which I have dealt with on countless occasions at other burrito establishments. So... I was immediately excited to eat. The portions were also great. The staff is extremely helpful and great to talk to. Had agreat experience with my girlfriend and highly reccomend this as a spot to eat when you're super hungry or craving burritos. Read more
I went to this chipotle two days in a row this week. The first time the serving of my bowl seemed stingy and I figured it was a... one off as other franchises normally pack the bowl - sadly today it was the same experience. Nothing was generous, everythingmeasured and spoons of toppings were half full. I felt quite ripped off. Never have I seen the chipotle bowls have space/gaps onthe side, they?re normally full. The guy ordering after me had even less in his bowl. Very surprised they can operate in thisway - it doesn?t match the chipotle service and quality I?ve seen at other stores. I also thought I?d try a different sauce andasked the man if the red one was spicy, he said no not really. He was wrong. Very spicy, further ruined my experience. Read more
