I went to many Chipotle in the US. They were all very dirty. However, this is the first Chipotle I go to in Canada. It is way... cleaner! The staff is nice. I asked for a lot of cheese and I got it. The portions may look smaller than other places, but itwas enough for me. The food is delicious and fresh. The location, on Bloor, is great. Pickup orders are always late by 20 minutes or about three times longer than listed in the app. It?s faster to stand in line... which makes no sense. Something is wrong with how takeout orders are prioritized amongst other orders. Read more
Got on Uber eats recently. I normally don't leave reviews unless I really enjoyed something but I wanted to come on here to say... you guys messed up something so simple and I am confused lol. Ordered a bowl and chips + guac. It comes - no chips and guac. Thebowl arrives fine - as I look closer multiple toppings were missing (which some were paid extra toppings) and the chicken wasburnt over on almost every piece. How disappointing. Used to not mind chipotle for a cheap quick meal but now after that- nahI'm good. Just don't even bother sending Uber orders out the door if you just completely mess them up lol Read more

This is a very convenient location for me so I?ll probably become a regular. To everyone complaining about portion size, all you... have to do is ask for more! More lettuce more rice more mild salsa, whatever else you want. There are no charges for that,except meat. Don?t be shy, get ?em to fill up your bowl like I do!???? Read more
It's a Chipotle, not much to complain about except I felt the portion was somewhat smaller than other locations and I guess... other reviewers confirm my observation wasn't totally wrong. Service is fast and there is plenty of seating available. Read more
Amazing experience in every way. I walked in a day after the opened and it was quite busy. I thought I would be waiting for a... while, but they were able to move the line incredibly fast. It's awesome how efficient and industrious they are while stillbeing friendly and maintaining great customer service. Checkout was a breeze and they had enough seating for everything. Food isdelicious and simple, and very affordable at $11.75 for a Sofritas bowl. Great selection of Tabasco after checkout. Willdefinitely be coming back. Read more
I went to this store ordered a burrito on wrap the girl was not able to fold my burrito all my toppings get out of burrito, they... messed the whole burrito and atlast they put the remaining on bowl which was not even half in terms of portioning and for $ 14its worthless. Very bad experience with this location I wont recommend. Read more
